Abstract

The research focuses on understanding the influence of self-efficacy on the leadership abilities of women in executive positions and its effects on organizational outcomes such as productivity, innovation, and overall performance. The results of this study could provide valuable insights for leadership development programs, organizational policies, and efforts to encourage gender diversity and inclusive in senior management positions within software companies based in Chennai. Ultimately, the goal of this study is to emphasize the significance of nurturing self-efficacy in empowering women leaders to contribute to the success and long-term viability of organizations in the rapidly changing technology industry.
