Abstract

This study is an outcome of the title named as “A STUDY ON IMPACT OF SHE POLICY IN EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE WITH RESPECT TO POWER SECTOR”. To find the effectiveness of the SHE policy in POWER SECTOR, questionnaire was well framed in order to collect the required information from the respondents in the manufacturing sector. Convenience sampling is used in this study and the sample size of 67 is collected for the study Percentage tools which has been used are Chi square, Annova, Regression, Multiple Discriminant Analysis. The manufacturing sector follows the SHE Policy and the employees feel satisfaction. This is found from the respondents.
