Students' academic paths are greatly influenced by parental participation, especially in the areas of STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics). The impact of parental involvement on young women's involvement and performance in STEM fields is investigated in this quantitative study. The study, which draws from data from a wide variety of families, identifies important parental support behaviors that greatly increase girls' interest and success in STEM, including encouraging academic ambition, offering educational tools, and cultivating a growth mindset. The study also investigates how these advantages of schooling contribute to more general results, such as greater participation of women in business and entrepreneurial endeavors. According to the findings, family participation helps young girls develop their STEM competences and gives them the self-assurance and abilities they need to succeed in competitive commercial settings. The study emphasizes how crucial it is to put in place laws and initiatives that support family involvement in education, especially for underprivileged and marginalized populations.
